Chalky scores cricket darts on your iPhone first. You can use Keep Score without an account. Signing in is optional and unlocks cloud history, friends, tournaments, and bar reviews.
What we store on your device
Match history, roster names, favorites, board updates you save locally, and settings such as haptics and scoring-button side. This stays on the phone unless you sign in and choose a cloud feature.
What we store in the cloud (only if you sign in)
- Email for your account
- Display name
- Finished match summaries and stats
- Tournament seats
- Friends you add with invite codes
- Bar reviews and optional board photos
- A push token so tournament hosts can get alerts
Location, camera, and photos
Location is used only to find nearby dart boards. Camera is used to scan invite QR codes and optionally photograph a board. Photos are used only when you attach a board picture to an update. We do not track you in the background.
Who helps us run Chalky
We do not sell your information. These services process data only to run the features above:
- Supabase — accounts, cloud history, reviews, and photos
- Google — Maps/Places for Find Boards, and optional Google sign-in
- Apple — Sign in with Apple
- Expo — delivering host push alerts you opt into
Chalky does not use advertising or analytics trackers.
Your choices
- Sign out anytime in Settings.
- Delete your account in Settings to remove cloud data tied to that login.
- Clear All Data on this device wipes local matches and roster.
- Report abusive reviews or friends from the long-press menu, or email us.
- Block a person to hide them from Friends, New Match, and their bar updates. Unblock in Settings.
- You can deny location, camera, photos, or notifications. Scoring still works.
Children
Chalky is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
